Thank God for good music. If it wasn’t for the inspired gifts offered by talented artists, then I honestly don’t know what I’d use to kick start my creative inner visions… An episode of Basketball Wives? Ummm, no. A “Who’s the Boss” marathon? Absolutely not.

No one enjoys breaking up … especially when you’re the “break up-ee” and not the “break up-er.” Well if you find yourself on the wrong end up a separation, you might as well ride off into the sunset to some dope breakup music. My suggestion: Mario’s latest single “Break Up” featuring Gucci Mane and Sean Garrett.

The sounds of love, both bitter and sweet, deserve to be heard. So for this weekend’s edition of “Audio Love,” Ciara, Brandy, Mario and Slim of 112 earn VIP status for their poignant expressions on the complexities of love. Enjoy.

I normally stay away from radio singles when selecting my weekly Fly Lyrics Feature. But I felt Rihanna’s latest single, “Take A Bow” was well worth the change. As I listened to the lyrics, my thoughts began to drift to those who eventually grow tired of the empty promises and apologies thrown about by (in)significant others.

Usher is back on the scene, and appears to be focused on reclaiming his spot as the hardest working man in show business. I’m not sure if this will officially go down as his first single, but I still wanted to share it with the Fly Guy community. The song, which features Young Jeezy, is called “In this Club,” and finds the pop superstar becoming so caught up in a woman on the dance floor, that he just wants to make love right then and there.
