I’m a fan of unconditional love … that’s just the way I choose to look at life. While others may hand you a long list of reasons to leave someone when they’re struggling with an issue (drug abuse, poverty, bad breath, being short) I say stand by them and help them overcome it.

I received an email this morning that I wanted to share with the group. Now I’m not going to really add too much of my own opinion here as the letter and video pretty much say it all… OK, I’m lying. The real reason that I’m not saying anything is because I’m too busy laughing.

I’m of the sincere belief that some children never had a chance from birth … and it’s all a product of bad parenting. So when a former love cheated on me, and then went on to do the same to every other dude, I could look back on the dysfunction in her childhood and see that she was never around healthy relationships (That didn’t excuse her actions, but still.)

I was watching this episode of “Martin” that made me question my ability to love someone unconditionally. In this episode, Martin was headed to his 10-year high school reunion, and after a few minor setbacks during her preparation, Gina became … well, busted.
