A Note To My Future Wife

Dear Future Wife,

As the words pour out of my pen, my heart simultaneously longs for the day that we can officially be together. But until that day arrives, there is something that present-day me needs to discuss with future you. While I’m sure we’ll get a chance to learn about each other’s quirks and idiosyncrasies over time, there is one thing that I’m not willing to compromise on. When it’s time for us to have children, you have to promise me that you’ll never allow our kids to smoke cigarettes like the two year-old boy in the video below. Give me that one thing, along with an occasional turkey sandwich, and I’ll love you forever.

Trust me…that’s a little boy. Crazy, right?

More like disturbing! On a lighter note, the letter is hysterical!

His parents need to be locked up. This is abuse and if this were his parents burning him with the cigarette, I don’t think it would be viral. Really frickin’ sad.

I read that the father taught him how to smoke at 14 months because he thought it was cute. The government (indonesia) is offering the family a car if they get the little boy to quit. Obviously the country laws regarding child abuse differ from the U.S.

He smoke like a pro. Apparently, up to 40 cigs a day. And his father thinks that nothing is wrong with it. His mother can’t get him to stop. When she won’t give him a ciggarette he throws tantrums. It is an all around F*cked up situation. Imagine what his lungs will look like when he is five years old.

I long for my day as well. But until the Lord sends him to me I will continue to walk in his Will for my life. As for the little boy…..WHAT THE HECK!
