Can we all agree that communication is the key to any successful relationship? (I can hear the murmurs in the back of the room, and I hear you … you think great sex is the key … I get it.) But those closet freaks aside, I’m sure the rest of you will agree that in order to have a great relationship, there has to be an open line of communication between you and your significant other. Are we all on the same page? Good.

Now, relational communication can take on many forms, with one being the way you communicate when you’re away from each other. This includes anything from texts and emails, to Skype and care packages.

Today, we focus on the first method mentioned, text messages. There’s a unique art to expressing yourself through text—particularly when it comes to expressing love. So in an effort to help with the development of this skill set, I’ve decided to share a feature that I ran across which details the art of the romantic text messages.
