I looked up into the sky today and watched the clouds casually float by. With every passing cumulus, cirrus and stratus formation, my heart became acutely aware of the symbolism in play.
It was almost as if the clouds represented God’s wonderful blessings slowly exiting my life—the primary blessing of course, being you.
And I realize this might be the first time you’ve ever been compared to a cloud, but please just hear me out.
I should have never let you go.
In perhaps the biggest mistake of my life, I let the attention of other women blind me to the fact that I was already in love with the only woman that truly mattered. And now I’m faced with this glaring truth…
I can’t live without you…
I’ve tried … it doesn’t work.
So I’m asking you to hear the pleas of my heart—a heart that’s begging to be reunited with the one person capable of keeping its beat in perfect rhythm … that person is you.

The few men I’ve dealt with know this sentiment all too well. Was it really worth it? So, you’ve realized the grass is not always greener? Well…it’s too late. On the other side is astroturf. Unfortunately, for you you did let me go…so guess what? I am gone!

Hindsight is 20-20. The hardest part will be gaining the trust back and/or moving on with your life.
