I disagree. Although I’m sure that there has probably been numerous instances where a “lonely friend” was putting her friends significant other down simply because of envy… You have to admit thats not always the case. I do have friends with significant others… There is no envy on my part… and I’m very much single! You see I guess the difference between me and those “lonely friends” described above is I’m a “REAL friend” before the single, lonely part even comes into play.

I have never been one to ask any female associates questions about my man. I have seen the drama letting other women in on your relationship can bring. If its something small Yea I will be willing to share with one trusted indiviual but beyond that I take care of my business. And Yes most women are quick to try & down grade your relationship. I’d rather quiz a really honest man about my man than a woman who 9 times outta ten is no more advanced about relationships than any1.

this is really true, i am a woman but i must admit that women can be very devious.. i mean a lot of women are very jealous especially when they see you have a good man on your side, or even a man at all. sometimes when the ‘friends’ dont approve of your man it could be because their jealous and dont want you to be happy because of their unhappiness. so @ onenmilgyrl… i totally agree that this is something woman need to work on.

This is something women need to improve on, we often times look for our friends approval too much when we get in relationships. Its as if we are putting our men on a unnecessary pedistal just to impress our “friends”, why? Im sorry flyguy if this has happened to you as I am sure you are a stellar individual. I have learned to keep certain things about my relationship “private” and it has worked better. We deal with our problems between us not third parties and I hope more people do so.

she didn’t get away…if anything, she did you a favor by letting you see early on she was not the one for you because she is not her own woman but rather a woman of her friends.
