I’d give myself a 6-8. I definitely could stand to tone up. I know I’m not the flyest dude on the block, but since I’ve never had a problem getting women, I guess I just learned to be very comfortable with myself. What attracts one woman, won’t always attract the next, so I’m never tripping on it.

I guess I was always a bit more mature and forward-thinking when it comes to these kinds of topics.

And yes, we all need to focus on self more before entering a relationship with someone else. I know I’ve been working on me for several years….most of the time I feel like I need to put in more work.

Ironically enough, what I haven’t seen at all is any actual rewards for all this self-work. lol

I think everyone should evaluate themselves and be evaluated by the people who know and love them the most.We all get winded by life and its best to take the time to rejuvenate and put our best foot forward and if we can’t see what we really need sometimes a little scrutinization is plausible, not by societies standards either.

Couldn’t watch the vid but on the topic…I think its very important to evaluate yourself and also be evaluated by those who know and love you the most.We all get shifted by the world so its always in our best interest to put our best foot forward in all arenas.

I don’t need or want what they call a ‘10′ in my life. I’m happy with a 6 or a 7 if we connect well enough. Besides….I ain’t Eric Benet, so I wouldn’t expect my woman to look like Halle Berry. lol

What do I need a 10 for…..so I can have 60 other dudes trying to get at the woman I’m talking to? No thanks. And I’ve found that a lot of so-called 10’s are lacking SEVERELY on the inside….and it’s those inside qualities that are going to take over once the looks start fading as we age….or once people simply get tired of people prancing around like that’s all they have going for themselves.

I do agree But what exactly are we measuring it BY? Others standards? Let’s be real very few people make their own standard of judgment when it comes 2 themselves. Its all about how some1 or some people will perceive their” perceiving of themselves”.lol. I work fast food, pay a car note,live with mom & currently sitting out of school.to most even in this chat,if I said I placed myself high up there many would look @my current situation & highly disagree. Well, I am way up there cause If I took my last breath 2morrow I got out this world when I was suppose 2 as holiday would say. 1.) To like my self 2.) To love some got damn body just because I got damn can. I feel very alive Everyday, give everyday, protect others hearts,minds,feelings every single day & I love it. Everything I have rite now & don’t have rite now is what I fully accept & need 2 be at peace. No hourglass shape, no fly ride, no fancy degree to hang on a wall, no perfect house,etc. I have peace of being & no matter what I lose or gain will change that so do I dare think too highly or low of myself?? No, I think neither.I’m my ultimate SELF, rate it how ever you feel.

I love the “anti-dime” line!! I rate myself right in the middle. It’s best to be under rated than over rated plus it’s all subjective.

If someone feels the constant need to tell someone else they are great, they are probably not all that great. People with low self-esteems resort to putting others down to give themselves a boost.

I was just talking about this with someone……Girl’s claiming that they are a ‘5 star chick’(which by the way that song annoys me….just a lil) LOL
Can you use some more adjectives to describe yourself?….hehe

I rated myself a 9….although I would of rated myself an 81/2 but it wasn’t up there.lol
I based my rating on my personality/morals…..and I do recognize that there is room for improvement.

***Also I feel that a real “dime piece” doesn’t have to tell the world that she is!….BE HUMBLE…You can just tell by the way she carries herself…and the way everyone stares at her when she walks into a room. POW!
