Another day, another opportunity to flirt with all of the beautiful women online. As I was doing it, I knew my girlfriend at the time wouldn’t appreciate my comments to other women, but in my mind it was all completely harmless. I mean let’s be real; it’s not really cheating if I’m only talking to the person online, right?
Well that’s debatable.
The “Today Show” decided to investigate the topic, and I have the video footage to prove it. So check out the feature, and hear what their panel of experts had to say.
Fly Thoughts: As far as I’m concerned, if you wouldn’t say or do it in front of your significant other, then on some level it is a form of cheating. What do you think?

Nope. Cheating is acting upon/out thoughts. Flirting is just relaying them to someone. If the act didn’t occur, the cheat never happened. A lot of things ‘happen’ in our heads. If I think about stealing the cookie, did I steal it or did I just think about it!
Flirting is a manifestation of mental infidelity… therefore YES, it is.

It is not exactly cheating but it opens up the door. It is like a gateway drug. It can definitely lead to bigger, worse things!
flirting is cheating period. ..its like inviting temptations. you cant say you was just flirting when the other guy got you wet..the same with men, how do you explain a hard on caused by another woman?
I agree FG. However everyone flirts but I believe it depends on how and when it is done. I consider it innocent flirting when someone gives another a compliment and may engage in a little conversation that may result in getting …let’s just say a discount or a new phone for free (I’m guilty of it lol).
a wise woman once told me, Cheating is lying. Cheating is deceit. Cheating is doing almost anything that you wouldn’t do in front of the person that you’re in a committed relationship with.
Most importantly though, cheating is what you and your partner define it to be in your relationship. There is no universal code for it.
R U STUPID OR SOMETHING OF COURSE ITS CHEATING IF U CAN’T DO IT AROUND UR PARTNER…TEXTING flirting, ONLINE FLIRTING, SEXUAL INTERCOURSE, FLIRTING & OTHER THINGS THAT UR DOING THAT’S NOT WITH UR PARTNER IS CHEATING…THERE IS NO GOOD OR BAD CHEATING ITS ALL BAD AND IT ALL HURTS
