Next week, I’ll be diving headfirst into my annual cheating series. So as we prepare to dissect the mindset of a cheater, I thought I’d get the ball rolling by asking the following age-old question … Who cheats more: men or women?

I feel it’s probably even. Because men want to say women cheat more and women want to say men cheat more but I don’t think everyone is being honest anyway.

Hmm.. maybe even because if somebody comes onto a ‘human’ they normally flirt.
Maybe its cuz Im a natural flirt, but men are more public, flamboyant and proud of them cheating then women. But truthfully, I think men do?
I’m glad you know and admit that you’re a flirt. Most people try to deny it.
On another note though, I don’t know if I believe that men cheat more. I’ve been tossing that idea around in my head for quite some time now.

I have to say that in my opinion, it would seem that men cheat more because they get caught more often than women. Personally, being a woman, I would say that we do cheat, we just are more secretive with ours. Men tend to get comfortable and forget that you never know who see you that your girl may know. Women sets the boundaries, make sure that we are no where to be seen. I mean this is just from my experiences dealing with others and going throught that myself.

I could cheat and get away with it where on the other hand, I always find out whether my boyfriends playing a game.. chance is I probably know her. :P
It might be equal. Men and women both cheat, but most times for different reasons. I also think women are better cheaters, because they are better at planning and aren’t as careless as men.
The stats are around 60% for men and 40% for women who will cheat at least once in their life.

Women cheat more, and are better at hiding it… I think men are more likely to get caught in the act of cheating. I think where it gets twisted is how people define cheating. Some people define cheating as having sex outside the relationship……and cheating is just that sex. Some people as silly as this sounds try to limit it to types of physical interactions….others include giving yourself emotionally (not physically) to someone else as a form of cheating….To me cheating is doing anything you wouldnt want your significant other to do.
I was going to say men but at the end of the day it’s probably a pretty even split. I think it depends on how you define cheating and the feelings associated with it. You always hear about a man being able to cheat all he wants and his girl will continue to come back, but the second she cheats it’s like judgment day. Look at the music: T.I.’s verse on Just Like Me and Ghostface’s Back Like That with Ne-Yo. I think because of this men aren’t so ready to call a woman out versus a woman who will call a man out in a heartbeat. But in the end I agree with Tandy. Why even cheat. Pull a Donell Jones and leave instead (Where I Wanna Be).
Men and women cheat at about the same rate. Men just get caught more often.

I think that men cheat more. I honestly feel that a woman would not cheat if she was satisfied @ home and I am not speaking on just being sexually satisfied. A woman needs to feel that her man thinks she is sexy, and that her man is checking for her and thinking about her in a way that would make her fill like she is the only one for him. When a woman doesnt get that @ home she is going to start looking elsewhere for that affection.Now men, they will cheat for one simple reason, just because they think they can get away with it. They dont have to have any other physical reason. Just my opinion

although i think women cheat a lot more than they are perceived as doing, i still think men have the edge on who cheats more. when most women cheat its usually a relationship that develops and that may even have longevity. a lot of men on the other do it w/o wanting a side relationship to develop. women usually cheat for emotional reasons while most men just do it b/c they can’t control their raging hormones and aren’ t mature enough to be in a monogamous relationship. with men it seems more like a numbers game. for most men its the quantity and for most women its the quality, therefore resulting in lower numbers. these are just my thoughts….

Women mastered it and Men well… nevermind but honestly cheating is exciting i havent cheating in so long but its always a thought. my ex once told me “Its easy to ____ everyone but its 100 times harder to only ______ to only 1 person for the rest of your life.”
it stuck with me and unfortunitly he didnt want to only stick with me…lols it was fun while it lasted ;)
naturally jay has it half right, i think. Stepping back from the societal out look on monogamy, what it comes down to is we’re the on “animal” on earth that thinks and alters our behavior according to the environmental surroundings.
What i’m trying to say is, throughout time, evolution has decided decided who mates with who. I’m sure that before we where as civilized as we are now, it didn’t matter who u got down with, because the end result is to reproduce. It’s the only reason we’ve survived this long. It’s the underlying mechanism in my genes, your genes, and everyone else’s.
Our free will and societal upbringing are the changing variables in this age old discussion. And, if we assume (since i do) that women and men are equal, i’d have to say the cheating scale is equally so.

The question is who cheats more ..not who does it better ..Men cheat more than women ..men and women love on different levels of emotions when a woman is in love there is no cheating when she is not having her needs met in a relationship then yes maybe you will get her to cheat – men they see a phat booty or some other body part and they will cheat (men cheat for physical purposes, while women cheat for mental stimulation)

Lowkey thats contradicting your self. either way you put it is cheating, Whether it is because he is not satisfying you or not. Or if that chick has a bigger ass then his Girl does….If your not being satisfy Leave(which no one does).
Now if your just stating that women cheat for less reasons men do then thats a whole nother subject and like you said the subject on this one is “Who do you think cheats more Men or Women?”
