My head continues to hang low, and my shoulders remain slumped while I attempt to wrap my mind around what I just saw. When the message first appeared in my inbox, it seemed innocent enough. But the video content found within the message set forth an unfortunate series of events that led me to this point … scratching my head and writing to you.

I’ve often wondered why we habitually tell people what they want to hear, instead of just practicing a little honesty. Now, I’m in no way speaking as an innocent here as I’ve been guilty of this same offense. I just think it needs to stop.
