I was sitting here adding my final touches to the Valentine’s edition of the Fly Guy Chronicles, when I realized how much I sincerely miss James Brown and the rest of the Thundercats. In my opinion, they were taken away from us far too soon. While I understand that James got swept away in the success of his tremendous musical career, it would have still been nice to see him complete a project or two with his family.

So to James, Lion-O, Panthro, Cheetara, Tygra, and Snarf … seeing you perform together would have been nice. But I guess I’m only left to ponder what might have been … R.I.P.

    You are too much!…Those two were seperated at birth…lol…I almost thought this was a “Serious” post..Made me think about Gnarls Barkley’s song, “Who’s Gonna Save My Soul?” It was heavily influenced by the death of James Brown….
