That was very sweet. And I absolutely love India. Yes, I’ve experienced a beautiful surprise before. He was everything that I wanted in a man. But I was still dealing with my ex, so I let him go (sigh)

FG, I just sent my husband a text message that said I was moving on. I’m packing my bagss and heading to your place as we speak…lol. I almost shed a tear on that one.

I’ve experienced that before; happened at a point where I gave up looking and just put my head down and focused on my career and myself.. then there he was. It didn’t last unfortunately, but every time I start to feel down and out about the current status of my non-existent love life, I just think about that moment and realize that if it happened once it can most certainly happen again, and I remain most thankful for the time he was in my life, for I learned a lot about life, love, and myself in that short time.

Yeah life is full of beautiful surprises, and many times we’re too caught up in the craziness of life to embrace those “surprises” that have been placed right before our very eyes. I believe that they are all around us; we just have to be open to receiving them.

I met my beautiful surprise on a cruise, and two years later and some months to boot, we are still together. You never know what God has in store for you! Fly guy: I have a beautiful surprise and it’s terrifyingly exciting! A single mom, no time for foolishness but out of nowhere there’s this MAN.

I have been so resistant to love, so focused on my daily routine that I never let anyone get close. But God knows something, because no matter how I tried to convince myself to run in the other direction he was there patiently waiting.

I must admit, the thought of being hurt YET AGAIN is terrifying! But, I feel safe with him and as much as I try to deny it, I’m falling, I just hope he catches me! :0)
